Returns

If you need to return your purchase for any reason, return it to us and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange. Zipkode does not offer a free returns service.

If you are in the European Union and you return your order within seven days after the day you receive your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you paid for Special Delivery or International Sign For, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any packing charges as all our merchandise come pre-packed to the highest standard therefore no repackaging required for returning items. Please us the package that you received the goods in.

If you return merchandise, after the seven days allowed, under the Distance Selling Regulations will not refund the postage cost.

Note that the merchandise must be returned: unworn, undamaged, in the same packaging as received with all tags and promotional literature.

Merchandise which are denoted as “Made to Order” can only be exchange for merchandise, credit note or voucher of the same value.

This is purely due to the fact that those garments and products which are denoted as “Made to Order” are simple that – made to order. That is when you originally made your order we make the garment, specifically for you. However, if the merchandise is faulty or damaged in any way we will refund the full value of the product.
If you request a refund then the amount paid will go back onto your original payment card.

Exchanges

If you request an exchange please indicate which size you require or alternatively, if you are choosing a different item, please advise the product code and size required.
Please note if the exchange item is cheaper in price then we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will contact you for payment authorisation. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.

Note that the merchandise must be returned: unworn, undamaged, in the same packaging as received with all tags and promotional literature.

In order for your Return or Exchange to be processed quickly and smoothly email us at returnorexchanges@Zipkode.com clearly stating which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. Please enclose a copy of the email with the returning package.

Note that Exchanges as with Refunds will not be processed until the returning or exchanging item has been received.

All Returns and Exchanges items must be sent via insured traceable mail in the same packaging received. Items should be returned to the address that will be sent to you via email.

It is important that you return your purchase in the following way:

  • All items must be returned in saleable condition within 28 days
  • Items purchased during the Sale must be returned within 7 days
  • Receipt of purchase
  • Swing tickets still attached
  • In original state as purchased
  • In the original packaging
